Charles Rowland has been a water color artist and teacher for over 20 years. The Port Clinton Artists' Club will sponsor his water color workshop at the Ida Rupp Public Library in Port Clinton on Saturday, September 18, from 9:30 a.m. to no later than 4:30 p.m. Everyone must be in their seat, paper in place and water bowls filled as the class begins promptly at that time.
This award winning artist has exhibited throughout the West, Midwest and South. Locally, his work can be seen at Jody McCallum's Art Gallery in Marblehead. He will be presenting "Keys to Better Painting" through lecture, demos and painting time.
